ACTION - Element to Circle by Boop Designs

Use any straight element, such as a ribbon, a string, a row of text from any of your alphas, border or edges.  The element just has to be relatively straight.  Play the action to create a circle from any of your straight elements.  Use your creative circles for frames, tags or a unique decorating design for your layouts or kits.  Dig out all your straight elements and use them over and over again in a new way!!!  No outside filters are needed.  However, this action ONLY works in Photoshop CS2 - CS6.

Photoshop CS2- CS6 tested – will not work in other versions.   No elements within this file, only the action.  This action requires your elements to create the circle.  Created on 3600x3600 document in 300 dpi resolution.
