Boop Designs holds an exclusive specialty CU4CU reseller license which allows her to sell, use or redistrubute "Ohana Designs" in this store or in any other venue(s) which she sell from.

The following CU terms apply to all Ohana Designs Products sold under the Ohana Designs name or Ohana Design products sold by Boop Designs:

All items within the zip file at the time of download are protected by copyright law whether free or not. You must follow these terms of use for the items:

You MAY-

- use the items as is or alter them if you wish.

- use these items for monetary gain, as long as this TOU is followed

- use these items to create digital kits for sale or QP/freebie clusters if the provided file is flattened.

You MAY NOT-

- Claim the these files as your own in their original state or in an altered state.

- Use these items to make any other comercial use resource item. You may not turn them into any other CU items, packs or otherwise

- Resell my original files. They must be combined with other designs for resell use.

- Put these items on a disc to sell or give away to anyone else, nor put them into an online storage. You

may not share my files on any online group, such as a Yahoo, Google or Facebook group.

- Use these items for making templates (since the item could be easily extracted)

- transfer this item to someone else if you do not plan on using it again.

- trade or give away this item to anyone else for their use.

- use any of my products for anything illegal, immoral, porongraphic or for racism purposes.
