YOU MAY: 

* YOU MAY create items for resale as S4H, S4O, and PU.

* YOU MAY use my commercial use items in S4H, S4O, PU designs so long as they are merged with one of your elements/papers. All distribution of art created by using my digital art files included but not limited to my templates and Photoshop Actions must represent a new piece of art.

* YOU MAY create Freebies as S4H/S4O, and PU.

* YOU MAY create flattened pages for clients.

* YOU MAY modify my commercial use item for your S4O, S4H, PU project.

* YOU MAY create web graphics, trademarks, logos, or promote any type of business or personal site using

             my commercial use products.

* Submit projects for publication. (Please Credit MandogScraps) <-- Credit requested for publications,

                                 but not required for any other projects. 

You MAY NOT:

* YOU MAY NOT create other commercial use items from these items (to include commercial use templates).

* YOU MAY NOT resell my original files. They MUST be modified unless the specific product states otherwise.

* YOU MAY NOT claim the original graphic as your own.

* YOU MAY NOT resell similar 'packages.' Example: Use one of my actions to create an element package

                  for sale, even if you have modified it.

* YOU MAY NOT create tubes, brushes, custom shapes, or patterns from my products for anything other than

                  personal use.

* YOU MAY NOT use any of my products as a base to create an action.
