Page Cut Outs by Mandog Scraps

There are 6 full size pages (12inch x 12 inch) in PSD format with cutouts of various shapes... shadow layer is separate so you can change its opacity etc or turn off if not required.

Just slot your background paper behind the shadow layer and add your photos, embellishments etc

Top layer can be colourized or clip mask your favourite paper over it
