Polka dot pattern overlays set comes with six transparent overlays featuring polka dot patterns in different sizes and pattern styles. FORMAT:

PNG at 300 dpi. Size 12 x 12 inches. Please note, these are not blue and white papers, these are paper templates to make digital papers, the white areas you see in preview are transparent so that you can edit the layer in a graphic software and change the image color from blue to any color you desire.
