Keep all your transparent images transparent after adding a drop shadow!
Don't you hate to have a translucent image like a bubble or balloon and after you add a drop shadow it turns it dark or muddy? NO MORE!! With this handy Photoshop action you will now keep all your translucent images transparent!!! All with a press of a button!!! Now that's what I call a designers TOOL!!!
This Photoshop action takes your transparent image, adds a drop shadow (that you edit) and then removes the inside of the shadow leaving only the outside of the drop shadow on your image. Your image remains transparent!! A must have for any creative artist!
Although a designer tool, these are a perfect tool for personal use scrappers as well.
• One (1) Photoshop (.atn) file
• Created & saved at 300 DPI
Tested on Adobe Photoshop CS3 - CS5. It may work in higher versions but I can not guarantee that it will. Not tested for Mac. Because this action required user input it is NOT compatible with Photoshop Elements.
