Rectangular Frame Action PSE by Karen Stimson

This action for Photoshop Elements will turn any straight element up to 12 inches long into a rectangular frame. You set the height and width of the frame you want and the action does the rest. A bonus pack of straight elements is included to use with the action. Full instructions for installing and running the action in PSE 5 through 11 are included. Drop shadows shown on previews are not included.
